Using what sight she possesses, she determines the intentions of those around her and reacts accordingly. In spite of this, however, she understands her own readings and intuitions may not necessarily always be accurate and as such, she attempts to maintain quiet and sometimes necessary courtesy. Although she can see enough to determine one person from a crowd, she can't grasp details conventionally. Her best understanding comes from being able to touch another and as such, she isn't particularly shy about being close to others. Background: Briefly— Originally from across the water like the rest of her kind, she was found by the son of a mercantile family of lesser nobility and taken back to the Thanalan desert upon discovery of her so-called talents. Bound by indentured servitude, she was given the name Celeste to replace her original (Qesra) and expected to provide the Stanier family with guidance on investments, which allowed their wealth and influence to increase. She continues to do this in the present day and also offers spiritual, emotional, mental guidance based on her sight and precognitive abilities.
